Hawaiian Spore Syringe

The strain commonly known as Hawaiian has long been a favourite in the spore collector world. Despite its name, it does not originate from Hawaii believe it or not, the strain was popularised by a Hawaiian spore vendor and the name stuck. In countries where cultivation is legal, collectors have reported strong vigorous growth and large caps. Under the microscope, Hawaiian spores are clean, uniform and highly reliable, making them an excellent staple in any cubensis collection.

Strain Characteristics

The Syringe

• Prepared and securely packed in the UK
• Includes a sterile 18g needle, sealed separately for safe handling
• Syringe fitted with an end cap to prevent leakage during transit
• All needles are gamma-irradiated and fully sterile do not attempt to re sterilise as this may introduce contamination

To study, place a drop of Hawaiian spores on a prepared slide and examine under appropriate magnification. Their consistent cubensis spore structure makes identification straightforward and suitable for training new microscopy skills.
